Flexible floor plates

The rectangular floor plate each side of the central core provides excellent natural light for working with full height glass facades at either end to take full advantage of the views over the racecourse gardens to the north and greater Auckland to the south.

The "H" floor plan reduces the overall bulk and provides column free flexibility for efficient and cost effective office layouts.  The floor plates are easily sub-divisble for a range of tenancy sizes per floor.
