Located next to the Southern motorway Ascot Parade is just 6-7km from Auckland City Centre, Ponsonby, Parnell and Sylvia Park
Ascot Parade is located adjacent to Ellerslie Racecourse which is well sign posted from the Southern Motorway. The best exit is the 'Greenlane' off-ramp.
Main Entrance
At the Greenlane roundabout turn left (if travelling from the City) or right if travelling from the south) on to Greenlane East Road. At the first set of traffic lights turn right into Ascot Avenue.
On your left will be the Ascot Hospital and on your right the Novotel Hotel. Turn right at the first roundabout and left at the second roundabout and you will drive into the grounds.
Via Mitchelson Street
Access to Ascot Parade will also be available via Mitchelson Street which will be opened up to the Avenue of Palms.
